Started in 2021 by Ryan Barlow (he/him) in Gainesville, Florida as a post pandemic mobile coffee project that began as a bar on a bike trailer. Lowbar quickly became recognized for its high level hospitality and craft coffee servings. Our co-owner, Vivi Lowery (she/her), joined lowbar in 2024 coming from a background of working in residential architecture.  During her time here, she has led efforts in lowbar’s brand identity and spatial planning.
